3. SMS Communications

• By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS messages for shipment updates, scheduling, and other service notifications.
• You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP."
• Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's rates.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment for services is due according to the terms outlined in your service agreement with Midgard Transport LLC.
• Failure to pay for services may result in service suspension or cancellation and may incur additional fees.

5. Liability Limitations

Midgard Transport LLC is not liable for:

• Delays, losses, or damages occurring during the transportation of goods by third-party carriers.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
